What you’ll be responsible for as a HR Business Partner at albelli-Photobox Group
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of People strategy for your dedicated groups. This includes driving the needs for different policies, activities, and programs that align with the group’s and companies’ strategic objectives, standards, processes, and people philosophies.
Responsibilities
- Be a key member of the albelli-Photobox Group HR Leadership Team.
- Partner with Senior and Executive leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. Act as the Organization Design and Human Capital expert within the dedicated groups assigned to the role.
- Support change management enabling the growth & development of our people.
- Drive the delivery of the annual HR cycle, including annual performance management, compensation, succession planning, and development.
- Define strategic talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
- Define and drive a performance culture in line with corporate principles, work with leaders to translate departmental strategic goals into meaningful outputs that contribute to business results.
- Together with the dedicated local People Partners, support management teams of a high-performance culture for all employees and employee relationship topics.
- Support and/or implement key HR projects by demonstrating ownership and accountability.
- Participate in selection activities for mid-senior roles, in collaboration with colleagues in Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
Minimum experience needed
- Extensive years of comprehensive experience as HRBP in Europe; Preferably in tech, ecommerce or other digital oriented industries with strong Commercial and (digital) Marketing teams.
- Proven extensive experience with implementing HR initiatives and managing the provision of services related to workforce planning, people strategy design as well as embedding of employee cycle activities.
- Experience in implementing and guiding change management methodologies; experience with non-organic growth environment, an advantage.
- Experience and high level knowledge on the HR laws, regulations and best practices in responsible countries (NL, ES, UK as main ones).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels - Executives to individual contributors.
- Achievement oriented and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and anticipating future problems/risk, developing simple and effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration and influencing focus to ensure shared goals are realized.
- Proven relationship development skills with business leaders, as a trusted advisor.
- Analytical ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of data, tell the story, and formulate recommendation based on data trends and insights.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken; other (west) European language an advantage.
- Location: Barcelona, Amsterdam or London with expectations to be min 2 days in the office a week (role is not open for relocations).
- Willing to travel to other locations within Europe (1 trip every 2 months for 2-3 days).

We are working in a hybrid environment and this role is based in our Barcelona office, situated in a WeWork by Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, a hub for technology and innovation. Within walking distance of public transport, the beach, and shopping centres, the office has great facilities (coffee, tea, showers, bike parking, social events, and more) with a modern working atmosphere. There are approx. 30 people in the office, who work across all areas of the business, with a focus on analytics, marketing, and technology.
