LVMH Beauty Iberia is expanding the HR team and is looking for talent, like yours!The HRBP is a 360 role, accountable for the entire employee life cycle for the brand: attraction, recruitment, training, development, budgeting, CSR efforts, HR controlling and employer relations. Reporting directly to the HRD, the HRBP works closely with Staff Administration and other cross functional roles such as Talent Management, Employee Relations and HR Controlling. The HRBP is also part of the EXCOM Committee, working closely with the business managersResponsibilitiesExecute HR management strategies, working closely with cross functional roles (Talent, Employee Relations). Ensure the correct execution of the brand EVP throughout the entire employee life cycle. Be responsible for the recruitment processes and onboarding of new joiners. Identify training needs with employees and implement the annual plan accordingly. Provide day-to-day management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) to improve work relationships, build morale, promote internal development, and increase productivity and retention. Manage and resolve complex employee relations, working closely with Employee Relations Manager. Provide HR advise, policy guidance and interpretation to brand managers. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the Annual Performance and Salary Review process and successive plans. Active role in budgeting process ensuring alignment with guidelines and business needs. Suggest new HR strategies aligned with those deployed by Group, Beauty division and/or Maison. Skills:Ability to work in international environments. Previous experience working abroad or managing other countries. Strong knowledge of the Retail industry. Previous experience in the Retail business highly valuable. Highly flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of confidentiality and integrity. Used to work with highly confidential issues. Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal skills. Experience communicating with stakeholders of all levels. ProfilProfile needed:Bachelor's degree in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar. Master's degree highly valuable. Languages: Spanish (Fluent) / English (Fluent) / French (a plus) / Portuguese (a plus) Office 365. Experience working with PowerBI and/or recruitment ATS software highly valuable. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position Experience working in Retail highly valuable.
