HR Director for Southern Europe Cluster
With Our Consumer At The Heart Your Key Focus Will Be:BUILDING BEST IN PRACTICE HR:You will be responsible of 6 direct reports including HR Business Partners and lead the HR support function for approximately 500 employees across the Southern Europe Cluster of four markets (Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy)BUSINESS PARTNERING:Be a genuine HR business partner for the assigned functionsProvide coaching and counselling to the senior leaders, and wider teams, across the Hire to Retire scopeBuild, maintain and continually look to grow effective and impactful relationships with stakeholdersBe seen as a credible and skilled HR business partner and champion the talent and teams you work withHave and share a ‘business’ mind when working with the teams, expanding beyond HR mattersHR STRATEGY AND PROGRAMS:Help support the development of the HR strategy and ensure implementation of it across the relevant functionsEngage teams and drive deployment of key processes and programsTake the lead in key initiatives, including beyond the teams you are aligned to, and represent HR on relevant senior teams / extended teams at Regional levelYou may be involved from time to time in HR discussions for our Manufacturing Plant in Turino, Italy and Global Technology team in Barcelona, SpainORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY:Support design and ensure implementation of organizational changes aligned with the organization model and talent strategyAssess needs and drive critical capabilities programs for the groups in line with global people strategy and plansBe the leader in steering the functions and teams on what the key programs arePRIMO ENGAGEMENT:Know the Primo engagement & Belonging levels for the functions and teams you supportGuide and steer the function leaders to implementation of action plans that drive improvements and ensure effective reporting and communication of progressTALENT DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITION:Partner with Talent Management team to identify Learning and Development needs for the functions and assist in the roll out and implementation of key programs and trainingsTake the lead on the Talent Review process and ensure succession and development planning is under control and progressingEnsure the matrix is involved and all parties are aligned on the talent view of the teamsSupport leaders and Primos in creation and implementation of development plans – be a source of support and ideas for ensuring actionable and meaningful development actions are linked to succession plansEnsure leaders follow a transparent conversation process with teams on succession and developmentRecruit key talent into the functions, both internal and external, and ensure alignment with Belonging at Bacardi principles#J-18808-Ljbffr
