In this role, you will close sales and win new business exclusively through our CPA accountant channel and client referrals as part of our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business. You'll attend our award-winning training program and join a sales team selling human resources solutions. As a Sales Representative in our CPA channel, you will collaborate with internal partners to gain access into accounts and pull leads from assigned accounting firms. Your day-to-day will focus on cultivating relationships with CPAs, their clients, and internal partners to set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously and document them. As you sell new business, you will also need to stick with the implementation process for already-sold business until those clients are operational. WHAT YOU'LL DO : ResponsibilitiesGrow Our Business While Growing Yours : Develop relationships with accounting firms and educate them on Human Resources Outsourcing solutions. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients : Help clients understand their needs and recommend the right solutions to solve them. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family : Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business. Collaborate Daily : Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to accountants and internal partners. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Required QualificationsPositive Self-Starter : An upbeat, persistent style with the ability to follow up on leads. Strategic Closer : Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales. Proven Winner : Ambitious spirit and ability to thrive under pressure. A college degree is preferred but not required. Other acceptable experience could include:Payroll experience, relationship sales experience, or HRO experience. Military experience with skills in teamwork, resilience, and negotiation.
