Human Resources Director
Procare Health is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to women's health and well-being.
Procare Health is focused on inventing innovative therapeutic solutions that lead to improvements in women's health, through formulation, development, and clinical research of its own products.
We are looking for a HR director to join our company located in Castelldefels (Barcelona).
He/she will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Roles and responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives at corporate level.
- Leading the organization’s People&HR department in Headquarters and affiliates, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems and financial planning of the department.
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
- Developing HR team.
- Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition/retention.

- Developing company wellbeing, health and counselling policies.
- Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture.
- Global responsibility for the organization talent functions and culture.
Requirements
- Previous and successful experience or equivalent in a HR Director role in medium or large-sized organizations.
- Extensive experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools.
- Mastery of the English language.
- Experience leading HR teams on a global scale.
- Strong cross cultured communication skills. As HR director you will lead the People&HR Department and used to working with diverse personalities and viewpoints. Consequently, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital.
- Role modelling. As a member of the Lead Team, you will demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives, and culture of the organization.
- A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations.
- Good in coaching and mentoring. Whether senior executives, junior colleagues, or middle management, you will be proficient in developing skills in your talent.
