Responder al anuncioDescription:The Network Solutions Architect is responsible for the design and development of the services that OmniAccess provides to its customers. The involvement of the Network Solutions Architect starts at the pre-sales stage during the customer solution design and solution-engineering phase and ends once the solution has been delivered to the client and passes onto the operational phase. The Network Solutions Architect works closely with customers, sales, and the technical team to design service blueprints, service configurations and the necessary documentation that will be used by sales team at the pre-sales stage and by the technical teams at the implementation stage. She/he uses her/his knowledge and skills to develop highly competitive and advanced network solutions for OmniAccess maritime customers. ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture of the solutions delivered to customers. Technically responsible for every solution, including technical escalations through the project cycle and after the project is completed in ops. Develop and engineer solutions involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility of the solutions. Carrying out solution testing in labs and sandbox environments. Present solutions delivered to customers and to appropriate levels of management. Design and prepare technical presentations and recommend solutions for client issues. Coordinate with customers and resolve all technical questions and prepare documents for all. Perform technical assessment at client site and prepare documents as per customer specifications. Administer and collect all technical inputs for Proof of Concepts and prepare presentations for validation solutions. Co-ordinate the technical implementation of customer solutions and recommend ways to maximize performance of processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with customers and third parties and analyze all customer requirements and design appropriate solutions. Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and provide mentorship to all processes. Prepare and configure all customer integration and configure products to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and contribute to various articles for all internal and external customers. Design various tools and scripts to provide support to projects and customize it as per requirement. Improve processes and foster automation of solutions implementation. Provide appropriate tools to streamline all campaigns for active deployment. Analyze customer requirements and provide resolutions accordingly. Maintain effective communication and working relationship with customers and project team members. Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including High Level Diagrams, Detailed Scope, Acceptance Criteria, Deployment Guides and Technical Description. Technical approval of solutions before sending offers to clients. Develop training of the solution engineered to the technical teams. Occasional traveling for meetings or to commission or supervise commissioning of new solutions. Occasional support out of hours and/or weekends to new solutions deployments. RequirementsDesired knowledge and skillsGreat educational background, preferably in the fields of telecommunications and electrical engineering, and computer science. Thorough understanding of network protocols and Linux operating system. Design thinking process and methodologies. Considerable ability to interpret technical documentation for customers. Proficient writing, visual design, and presentation skills. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, customers, and company employees. Desired qualificationsElectrical/Mechanical/Telecommunications Engineering Bachelor/Masters or similar. Fortinet, Cisco, and other leading technology vendor certifications. Desired attitudesAlways strive for quality and extraordinary results. Excellent communicator able to transmit and excite others. Be a positive person, able to work with others to achieve a common goal. Organized and disciplined, able to work with complexity and uncertainty. Willing to add her/his views and ideas to a diverse group that wants always to improve.
