Position: HR Labour Relations/Payroll TechnicianThe HR Labour Relations/Payroll Technician is responsible for managing and coordinating labour relations activities and payroll functions. This role involves acting as a liaison between employees, management, and unions, handling payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:Payroll HR Administration:Prepare payroll data to send to the external payroll provider with all the variables per month. Employee's on-boarding (permanent, temporary workers, VIE, interns, and stage). Employee's off-boarding (collection of data for payslips of retirements and resignations, signature of payslips, bank transfers, etc. ). Assist and support during the implementation of salary review process in Workday and during the BR, MYB, and SBP. Monitor extra working hours and working shifts. Prepare monthly data (new hires leaves) for the pension plan. Generate HR reports for governmental institutions (INE). Preparation of the annual payroll calendar. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Manage absenteeism and monitor and analyse absenteeism KPI's. Manage smart-working contracts. Prepare HR documents and certificates for employees. Manage the HR mailbox and answer employees' questions and inquiries in a maximum of 48h. Organization and attendance to employment fairs promoted by universities. Labour Relations:Prepare trimestral documentation for unions. Preparation of the annual working calendar for the negotiation with Unions. Send retention certificates to employees that left the company. Prepare costs calculations for the grade promotion process. Input and update amounts of salary tables and extra working hours. Support during the audits. HR Solutions and Reporting:Ensure databases are updated and the information is accurate conducting regular sanity checks. Input, update, and revise changes in salary. Approve the opening of "charge of hours to project" for direct personnel. Prepare documentation for audits (EINF, Social Report, TEDAE. . . ). Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
