Job Description: The Global Growth team, part of the Product & Tech global organisation, aims to deliver effective user acquisition, retention and value at scale. We’re a cross-functional marketing and growth team focused on enabling best in class performance, by partnering closely with our 16 countries and almost 40 brands. Given the diverse and local nature of our business, building thriving Marketing/Growth communities where knowledge and best practices flow and scale rapidly is instrumental to Adevinta's success.
As our Programme Manager for Knowledge and Community, you’ll:
- Build the foundations of an integrated Adevinta Growth community
- Accelerate existing initiatives around knowledge sharing and design new ones
- Bring together local, global and cross-functional teams in the domain
- Design and organise communication channels in the Global growth community (Slack, Wave, distribution lists)
- Implement communication strategy (content production, cadence)
- Design and organise events (conference calls, webinars, meetups, gatherings)
- Dynamise the community (facilitate sharing, curate content, encourage participation)
- Develop and optimise the knowledge management process for Marketing/Growth
- Work with the channel leads to define processes to gather, store, distribute and drive adoption of channel tactics for SEO/CRM/Paid digital
- Plan and coordinate inspirational sessions with external vendors e. g. TikTok, Snapchat
- Identify and shape opportunities for central enablement to scale impactful tactics
Qualifications:
- Proactive. Creative problem solver
- A knack for networking and building social connections
- Excellent collaborator and teambuilder
- Solid planning, resource and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and interest in the Growth domain (Product, Marketing and Communications)
- Good copywriting skills
- Vision and big picture thinker
- Design skills (internal communications, deliverables)
Additional Information
Covid-19
The health of our employees is very important to us. Due to Covid-19 all of our employees currently have the option to work from home full-time or, depending on the local situation and government regulations, they may go into the office following all safety protocols.
