What will you do
The Insights Business Partner role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion for the Spanish organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, they identify and execute growth initiatives related to pricing, promotions, and portfolio management. Their strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and business acumen contribute directly to the company’s financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning. Collaborate with the EMEA RGM, Commercial, and Brand Activation teams to define growth strategies. Assess current market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform growth plans.
- Pricing Optimization. Analyze pricing structures & trade terms and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue. Monitor price elasticity and implement dynamic pricing strategies.
- Promotion Optimization. Devise and execute promotional guidelines to boost sales and customer engagement. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and iterate based on performance metrics.
- Portfolio Management. Work closely with Commercial and Brand Activation teams to optimize the product portfolio. Identify opportunities for new product launches or enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Engage with Sales, Brand Activation, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives. Communicate effectively to ensure seamless execution of revenue-enhancing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing, or growth strategy in FMCG environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, Python, etc. ) with a clear “insights to action” orientation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to write and present clearly and persuasively.
