Position Overview
Position Summary: Institutional Cash & Trade (ICT) is a global business which is regionally organized with dedicated staff for originating and facilitating cash management and trade finance transactions with financial institutional clients. We are seeking to hire a motivated, experienced and responsible individual whose main area of responsibilities would be in client service, managing transactions and communicating with clients daily regarding Trade finance & Cash management products and coordinating client interactions and acting as back up to Sales team when they are traveling.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Senior ACO to support with client service, managing transactions and communicating with clients daily regarding Trade finance & Cash management products.
- Monitor revenue trends via various reporting tools like Salesforce and dbTableau.
- Support with the content and presentation quality of relevant client proposals, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and client communications.
- Review existing price schemes, conduct profitability analysis, and initiate respective action to ensure that FI customer relationships are profitable.
- Interact / Cross-sell / Structure with other areas of the bank, such as RPM, Deal Management, Distribution and CRM.
- Analyze trade flows & ICM reporting data to identify business opportunities and increase wallet share.
- Support with the execution on the trade Finance products (such as LCs, guarantees, and collections), FI Financing, trade reimbursement services, structured short-term trade finance (e. g. Structured LCs).
Professional and Personal Requirements:
- University degree (preferably with a major in economics, business administration, or similar field of study).
- Motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and multi-cultural understanding.
- Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of seniority (internally and externally).
- Client-centric attitude, while living the values of Integrity and Discipline in assuring the bank does not incur undesired financial, non-financial, or reputational risk.
- Effective and concise communicator in English and Spanish (verbally/in writing) paired with good presentation skills.
- Proficiency (working level) in Portuguese would be considered a strong asset.
