We are looking for an English speaker International Recruiter to join our Operations team. Are you passionate about mental health? Would you like to help us build a strong anddiverse team that will grow our user community? At ifeel, we work with both B2B and B2Caudiences, and we need someone who can identify top talent that aligns with our missionand values. This will include, but not be limited to, sourcing and attracting candidates through variouschannels, conducting interviews, and onboarding new collaborators into our freelancenetwork. You’ll be part of the Operations department, developing long-term recruitingstrategies and nurturing trusting relationships with potential collaborators. You’ll createstrong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future needs. Main tasks and responsibilities:Coordinate with team leaders to identify needs and determine selection criteria. Source potential candidates through online channels (e. g. social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Assess candidate’s information, including resumes and contact details. Design job descriptions and assessment strategies that reflect each position’s requirements. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. We would love to know more about you if you have:University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Law, Business Administration, or related careers (specialization in Human resources is desirable). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiter. Fluency in Spanish and English at a professional level (C1). Will be evaluated in the interview process. Fluency in French, German, or any other language is an asset. Great familiarity with the G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc. ) and HR software services (e. g. Workable, hiBob, Factorial)Strong personal ownership, great proactivity and solid team player. Interest in Psychology and mental health. What do we offer? Full-time, fixed contract (Monday to Friday)Remote mode and flexible working hours: If you choose to work remotely you can come to our office for team meetings/team buildings (Approx 4 per year).
