And we are looking for an:Location: Remote (Europe, Spain)You will be responsible for achieving your target with distributors asInternational Sales Manager, Neurology (m/f) for several countries in Europe. Under the supervision of the International Sales Director, yourDuties and responsibilitieswill include the following:Sales training and development executionManagement ofdistribution partners across several countries in EuropeRole model for ethical and professional behaviorVisit and work with distributors, district sales managers, customers, and key accountsAssist and direct sales force in developing, analyzing and closing businessProvide management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunitiesPrepare and review annual and monthly sales forecasts, operation budgetsPrepare and execute annual territory sales plansSupport RA/QA requirements by all team membersInterface with clinical education team and field support to coordinate region’s field effortManage and analyze data regarding prospective and existing customers by using company systems to look up customer data, order history and any other related data management tools that may be required. Collaborate with territory managers to improve sales results of supplies businessPrepare forecasts for supplies revenue and quantities and collaborate with procurement and operations for providing this dataCollaborate with product management to provide customers feedback to complete the portfolio for each marketTravel:Extensive (required-minimum of 50%)Education and experience required:Bachelor's degree (B. A. ) from four-year college is strongly preferred, and an MBA or Medical Qualification is a strong plusMinimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales; experience in management would be appreciatedExperience in Neurology / Sleep diagnostic ProductsExperience in capital goods sales process and in working with Distributors will be a plusAbility to work independently or with small groups of support staffExcellent concept selling skillsMust be able to analyze financial informationExcellent verbal and communication skillsComputer skills required; knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPointRequire professional and ethical references at a high levelRequire current and valid driver’s licenseLanguages:English, an additional language such as French, German, Spanish, . . . will be appreciatedCompensation and benefits:Fix salary and commission to determine with experienceWork environment:Airports, Train StationsHome office, Hotels, Natus OfficeDriving in Traffic & in adverse weather i.
