The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the software assets lifecycle, ensuring compliance, optimizing software usage, and supporting software procurement processes. Key Responsibilities:* Manage the end-to-end software asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and retirement. * Ensure compliance with software licenses and agreements, conducting regular audits and reporting. * Optimize software asset usage and costs, identifying and mitigating risks associated with software licensing. * Develop and maintain software asset management policies, procedures, and documentation. * Collaborate with IT, procurement, and legal teams to manage software contracts and negotiations. * Maintain an accurate and up-to-date software asset inventory using IT asset management tools. * Provide expertise and guidance on software asset management best practices and industry standards. * Generate regular reports on software usage, compliance, and optimization opportunities. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in software asset management, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements. Proficiency in IT asset management tools and software inventory systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Start Date: ASAPCompetitive daily/hourly rate.
