Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Team Leader, this position is ideal for those embarking on a career in customer support and aiming to enter the dynamic iGaming industry. As a German speaking 1st Line Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a responsive and efficient support system within our team, delivering first-level support with an emphasis on high-quality service. Working closely with your team leader, you'll address concerns related to online gaming, gambling, finance, technology, and other relevant issues within the customer support department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support on gaming, financial, technical, or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support Services.
- Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phone, assisting them in using the various services and products offered.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to our high performance & quality work culture and good working atmosphere.
- Actively report internally to team leads and various business partners with information about the status of the various markets and customer cases.
- Deliver service with excellent written communication skills.
- Perform as a team player and work with autonomy and good initiative.
- Keep up with new updates and information in a fast-paced industry.
- Work collaboratively on shifts and with flexibility with the rest of the team.
Requirements:
- A 2-year degree in a relevant professional field such as social work, psychology, business, online customer service, or client services is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written skills in both German and English.
- Previous experience in the Customer Support industry is an advantage.
- Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and navigating multiple online platforms.
- Eager to learn and stay updated in a fast-paced industry.
- Willingness and adaptability to work shifts and some weekends on a rotational basis with the rest of the team.
