Building the required communication channels: newsletters, webinars, customer forums, etc. Pipeline creation. Planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns based on pre-defined KPI’s (number of leads, engagement rate on social media etc. ). Strong emphasis on lead generation and its conversion to an opportunity. Organizing industry events, control bookings and budget, and create public relations strategies to support branding activities. Customer engagement. Join customer meetings from time to time to hear ‘firsthand’ what the customers expect from the company. Thought leadership and positioning our client as a leader in the wholesale industry, including award submissions. What will make you eligible for this role? 3+ years of product and marketing experience in telecom with at least 2 years of experience preferably in the SMS messaging spaceExperience utilizing insights, data, and statistical analysis to drive decision-makingStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsA bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldExperience, that will be an advantage:Proven experience in business messaging and wholesale voice SMS messagingExcellent written and verbal communication, and creative content design experienceWhat will make you the best-fit for this role? Ability to craft and execute on the GTM messaging and strategies related to the launch of new products and capabilities, or market trend topics.
