Responder al anuncio[X730] - Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, Travel BIDetalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Jornada completaUbicación: 28027 Madrid, Madrid provinciaBeneficios: Plan de pensionesJob Title:Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, Travel BISummary:Join us as the Manager for GTM (Go-to-Market) in Travel BI to drive revenue and profitability by executing our go-to-market strategy for the Amadeus Agency Insights portfolio. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders—including executives, sales teams, and customers—to highlight the benefits of our products, lead commercial offers, and support post-sale to ensure customer retention and renewals. You will also provide critical feedback to the product team, helping to shape the product roadmap based on customer insights. In this role you will:Act as a key communication link between product, sales, and customers, distributing product information and capturing market feedback. Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our products to secure renewals. Consult with customers to help them understand and choose the right data products to solve their problems and participate in large customer engagements to win and retain business. Partner with the Field and Account Management teams to build a robust GTM program, assisting with commercial proposals and closing sales. Prepare and deliver presentations and webinars to support new product launches and customer education. Build confidence and expertise within the sales force by serving as the go-to product expert, providing training, sharing best practices, and supporting field activities. About the ideal candidate:7+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Marketing/International Business Development. Experience in Travel, Aviation or related field. Experience in working with Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) and/or Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) will be an asset. Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex data products to customers. Proven ability to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering customer-facing presentations and webinars. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
