Responder al anuncioYOUR ROLEAs Global Integration Architect you provide ongoing support to ourglobal clientswho have implemented integration between their HR system of record and one of our payroll platforms (like GlobalView or Celergo). In this capacity youmanageone important part ofthe client relationship : anything related to integration services, global functionality of the connectivity solution, integration tools and processes. This role is right for you if you enjoy buildingrelationshipswith clients by using yourtechnical experienceand providing high quality support. Client facingresponsibilities:Ensure new integrationclients are on-boardedand stabilized according to our standardsParticipate in thetransition processfrom implementation to ongoing service supportParticipate indefining cross functional service scope, responsibilities and delivery list with clientsProvidehigh quality supportand service to your clients and consult them on best practices for design and mapping of the integration with their HR system of recordManageissues, provide analysis and facilitatesolution findingwithin definedSLA’s ; handleescalationswith appropriate complaint handling procedures and ensure issues and risks are managed effectivelyWork with clients and internal teams onChange Requestsand coordinate regional / local service teams for system maintenance and testingProvidesuper user trainingon integrationInternal collaboration :In GIC, we handle multiple products and HR integrations. Our success is fueled by our ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with many different internal teams. Co-ordinate internal communicationacross all Integration Service teams for your clients between EMEA, AMER & APAC regionsSupport integration consultants on reviewing, analyzing anddesigning complex issues / solutionsand Change RequestsWork withService Relationship Managers and Strategic Client Partners toprovide inputto their business review meetings and any integration related question or issueWork withproduct developmentteams, ex. on (regression) testing new featuresCoordinate technical activitiesfor integration during the implementation & service of: payroll / time keeping / benefits / client portalWork with IT teamson correct set-up of clients’ SFTP file transfer, Single Sign-on, authentication and GDPRTechnical tasks :Provide post-implementationsystem configurations and testingDeliver adesign and mappingfor global integration ticketsRegression testingof new featuresReview and validatetechnical documentationAnalyze and resolveintegration related technical issuesWHAT WE OFFERIntegration in a team ofexperienced professionalswhere you can bring your experience to the table and learn new thingsStructured onboardingand training curriculum andbuddy systemto give you a smooth startFlexible workinghours and hybrid work schedule (office/home)Astable business environmentin a people-centered company who is also themarket leaderin business process outsourcing for HR and payroll servicesWHAT YOU BRINGKnowledge ofHCM systemslike SAP / SuccessFactors / Oracle / Workday or similaris a plusKnowledge ofsystem integration components(API’s, SFTP, middleware, databases, backend, frontend applications)is a plusPreferably, you have professional training or experiencetechnical field, data science or HR / payrollExperience in aclient service / supportrole – at least 4 yearsFluency inEnglish(oral and written)Experience withClient Relationship Managementtools (ex.
