Junior Salesforce Administrator
As an administrator, you will work closely with Salesforce key stakeholders across the business. You will learn from others, and they will expect to learn from you. You will share in the responsibility, rewards and recognition of producing truly innovative solutions and complete client satisfaction. Responsibilities:Driving the innovative use of Salesforce as a productivity tool and business platformServing as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CRMPerforming day-to-day administrative tasks, such as create and maintain users including sharing rules and security levels (profile & roles); Master data changesHandling tickets (Incidents & Service Requests)Working collaboratively with Operations, SMEs and end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issuesRemaining current Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce-based solutionsMaintaining and enhancing business processes and user experience with Salesforce flowsDeveloping, launching and managing in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levelsManage new releases and system changes and efficiently rolling out new features without interruption to the usersWorking together with the enablement team to creating and updating training materials for users/groups on an ongoing basisCreating documentation, maintaining standardization and proactively seeking ways to continuously improve processes & proceduresQualifications2+ years' Salesforce.com administration experience overallSalesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification(s) + any other relevant certificationsWorking in agile scrum (sprints) with Jira (Nice to have)Experience with managing deployments with Copado from developer and UAT sandboxes into the production instance (Nice to have)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with excellent Word and PowerPoint skillsGeneral knowledge of AfterSales Processes with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutionsProven experience of analyzing and documenting processes, procedures, and/or policiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with individuals at different levels and cultural backgrounds within the organizationNote: This role will required presence in the office under our Hybrid Model, we are in a very centric area in Madrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
