Your ImpactAs a Junior Technical Consultant in IT Service Management (ITSM), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and optimization of ITSM practices for our clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing service delivery, improving incident resolution times, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. By assisting in the development of ITSM strategies and tools, you will help organizations achieve greater operational efficiency and client satisfaction. What the Role OffersProfessional Development: Opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in ITSM under the mentorship of senior team members. Technological Exposure: Work with leading ITSM tools and software, contributing to their implementation and maintenance. What You Need to SucceedEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: around 2 years of experience in IT service management or a related field, with familiarity in ITIL frameworks and best practices. Technical Skills:Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to build strong client relationships. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
