Job Specification:
- Support the team in the day-to-day administration of Luxemburg securitization vehicles ("SPVs");
- Assist in various corporate secretarial tasks including board meetings and maintenance of statutory registers;
- Prepare and update client deliverables;
- Coordinate with internal and external service providers on the full life cycle of the SPV, such as lawyers, auditors or banks;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of standard documentation, processes and procedures;
- Ensure good operational practice with adherence to internal processes and checklists;
- Assist the team in the processing of client transactions in an efficient and timely manner;
- Assist in client’s due diligence activities and internal compliance reviews;
- Support in cash management and payment of invoices;
- Support filings with RCS and other regulatory filings.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Corporate Law / Economics / Business Administration or any other related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the corporate administration industry in Luxembourg. Certain profiles are accepted with less experience depending on background;
- Enthusiasm to expand your knowledge in the Luxembourg Capital Markets sector;
- Ability to work on own initiatives and be a team player at the same time;
- Excellent personal skills in dealing with both clients and colleagues;
- Organised and able to coordinate several tasks in parallel with strong attention to detail;
- Comfort with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IT hardware;
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
- Fluent in English is mandatory (German, French or any other language would be considered as an asset).
