You will be empowered to drive change, proactivelylooking for ways to optimize our performance marketing. This new position is based within the Paid Media Team that belongs to the GlobalMarketing Team. This person will collaborate directly with our Global Media Specialist and will beresponsible for improving our performance in the funnel of leads through the variouschannels in social media, Google Ads, Linkedin ads, etc. and building reports tooptimize paid media activities across all our campuses. Reports to the Director of PaidAcquisition. #Responsibilities Optimize existing paid media campaigns and proactively identify opportunities for newcampaigns. Work closely with media specialists to build a roadmap with testing strategies andanalysis in alignment with the measurement framework in place Work closely with internal (local) stakeholders to support campuses and local marketswith their needs (Campaign set-up, optimization & reporting for Events) Manage creative assets and help develop a testing framework to continuously improvepaid channel performance Build interactive reports and dashboards using Metabase, Piwik Pro, Google Data Studioto enable self-service access. Build documentation for analytics grounds at the company. Leverage data and analytics tools to determine the effectiveness of campaigns andconstantly optimize. Performance analysis and optimization for Paid Search and Paid social campaigns. Collaborate with our Digital analyst to ensure the necessary data collection is set up andbug-free Develop and share learnings and best practices from global with other markets; likewise, understand and apply (where relevant) learnings from local markets #Must haves You have a degree in Marketing or in a related field 1-2 years working in handling operationally performance marketing campaigns in SocialMedia and Paid Search with a focus on acquisition (Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, LinkedinAds, Google Ads). Agency experience is highly valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and other Europeanlanguages (German, French or Portuguese) is a plus. Analytics experience; we need someone who understands the key performance metricsand the connection between those metrics and further down-the-funnel performance Results-focus: you are very focused on delivering on your commitments and goals Problem-solver: you identify the issue and proactively work towards solving it Creative person: pay attention to industry trends and knows what type of messagingresonates best with our target audience Flexible: you have experience working in a fast-paced environment and know how toprioritize your tasks to focus on the items that will have the most impact You are passionate about the Education sector and driven by our mission of changingpeople’s lives You are a great collaborator and have a distinct growth mindset; You don’t accept “it can’tbe done” and instead figure out a way to make it happen #J-18808-Ljbffr
