Marketing Director B2B SaaS
We are seeking a Marketing Director with an extensive experience in SaaS and Demand Generation to lead and drive the organic growth of our client in the Spanish market. Since their foundation, organic channels have been pivotal in their customer acquisition strategy. Their content stretaegy includes blog posts, webinars, tools, guides, ebooks, videos, and more, which captivate an ever-growing pipeline. Key Responsibilities:ake full ownership of the Spanish organic inbound strategy and implementation, aiming to achieve substantial growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue. Develop and implement effective SEO actions and strategies with your team. Identify new organic revenue opportunities beyond existing business lines to expand our active user base. Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract a high volume of visitors. Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs, overseeing the marketing budget and resource allocation. Lead the Spanish inbound marketing team and external suppliers, including PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, freelancers, and brand ambassadors. Set clear targets and ensure the Spanish inbound marketing team continually grows in both hard and soft skills. Work closely with Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met. Key Requirements:Fluent in both Spanish and English. At least 5 years of experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role in a growing company. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong track record of achievements (demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions). Deep knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, and acquisition tactics. Proficient in CRM and customer journey management, including funnel optimization, nurturing, and scoring. Salesforce is a plus. Drive and Tenacity: Results-oriented, hard-working, motivated to make a significant impact, and persistent until the job is done. Constantly analyzing the market to implement new ideas and opportunities. Action-Oriented: Strong bias for action with the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team. Capable of quantitatively analyzing and optimizing inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives. Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a big plus.
