Miravia-Lead Generation Manager-Madrid
Responder al anuncio- Own the pool of prospects (retailers and brands potentially joining Miravia as marketplace sellers) and their optimal allocation across the different lead hunting teams.
- Analyse available pool of prospects, and prioritize them based on their fit with the proposition of Miravia, the leads' potential, size and quality of their selection, seasonality, and more.
- Define the pipeline of lead hunting teams, by finding the best allocation of leads across the different teams at a given time.
- Forecast the needs of hunting teams, potential leads' scarcity, and provide structured feedback on quantity and quality of prospect required for the rest of the year.
- Design efficient ways to recurrently assign and re-assign prospects to hunting teams, and execute flawlessly and efficiently by minimising manual efforts and by leveraging automation.
Position Requirement
- 3 years working experience with big data analysis.
- Experience with SQL and data querying.
- Excellent Excel Skills.
- Analytical mindset, and high attention to details.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering.
- Full business proficiency in English.
