This role demands a proactive approach to managing teams, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to meet and exceed our customer service objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and resolve customer issues swiftly is paramount. **Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality customer experience. - Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service levels. - Lead, motivate, and develop customer service teams to foster a customer-centric culture within the organization. - Collaborate with the product and sales teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Handle complex customer complaints or inquiries, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer expectations. - Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to continually improve customer service delivery. **Skills and Knowledge**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications,
