Job PurposeThe Multimedia Design Specialist (f/m/d) will be responsible for creating and adapting key visuals, creating and editing videos, supporting campaign deployment, creating and adapting multimedia and interactive assets, and assisting in the execution of tactical plans for digital campaigns in alignment with brand direction and objectives. They will be responsible for the development and adaption of assets and the creation of all types of formats, including video, for use within internal and external digital platforms. They will have the opportunity to present insights and propose opportunities, especially for multimedia formats. In addition, they will support areas across the organization, including product teams and marketing teams from multiple countriesThe role is within the Digital Customer Engagement and eCommerce Team. While the core team itself is situated in our global Headquarters in Basel, the bespoke position is in Madrid, Spain within the Marketing Operations Studio team. Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality and high performing designs across digital, and social media platforms while adhering to corporate design guidelines. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand identity to ensure consistency in all design materials. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret and execute design briefs within brand guidelines. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard software to create graphics, and layouts. Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into work for a contemporary aesthetic, prioritizing conversion and performance. Work within project timelines, meeting deadlines with the highest level of design quality and attention to detail. Adapt designs to various formats, sizes, media and platforms for optimal visual impact and usability. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, understanding and interpreting design briefs and feedback. Provide creative input for campaign design, offering data-driven insights for performance optimization. Utilize motion design skills for campaign content, including creating and editing videos. Engage in briefing, planning, and results meetings with stakeholders, presenting comprehensive reports. Collaborate effectively within the design team and with cross-functional team members, providing support and guidance when needed. Requirements neededEducation in graphic design or related field, accompanied by a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision. Proven experience in multimedia graphic design, including illustrations, video editing, infographics, and multimedia designs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making in marketing or sales environments. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time in a fast-paced setting. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships in a global matrix environment. Digitally driven mindset with a passion for technology tools and a thorough understanding of global digital marketing platforms. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
