About the Senior Account Executive roleYou will become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness about how our products can benefit their property. You will learn about the challenges that accommodation providers face and offer solutions that will bring value to their day-to-day operations and bottom line. You will be trained on our products, industry, and sales processes with a month-long sales training and onboarding program to ensure you are set up for success. What you'll doSpend 80% of your time on outbound calls to customers. Create sales opportunities, showcase our solutions, and personalize our platform to customer needs. Manage the full sales cycle - from the first contact to closing the deal. Work independently but with support from your manager and team. Celebrate your successes and continue learning through ongoing coaching and training. What you haveFluency in German (min. C2) and professional proficiency in English. Minimum 18 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience. A confident phone presence and great listening skills. Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers. Self-motivation and resilience. Growth mindset - openness to feedback and coaching.
