As a coach, you will enjoy:
- Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to deliver premium brand experiences to our customers.
- Leading, advising, and motivating department employees while ensuring an excellent working environment.
- Managing daily operations in your department to achieve sales goals (e. g. , through digital services, visual presentations, or on the sales floor).
- Identifying and improving areas based on customer feedback.
- Representing the brand in NIKE initiatives and training the team.
- Ensuring the store meets all NIKE standards and guidelines.
- Collaborating with your store and corporate partners.
Specifically, our store structure presents the following 3 coach functions:
Commercial
- Leading a team that efficiently receives products, conducts accurate inventories, and meets presentation standards.
- Ensuring all inventory processes work well so that the sales floor is always stocked, well-presented, and meets brand standards.
- Working with department leaders who will oversee individual components (product receipt and visual presentation) while you manage the overall in-store experience with products.
- Preparing for monthly launch initiatives.
- Using our reporting tools to make the best business decisions.
- Conducting accurate inventories to complete digital orders.
Experience of Athletes
- Ensuring the team has the tools to deliver the highest quality athlete experiences.
- Leading NIKE Community Ambassador activities to strengthen the team.
- Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with experienced store leaders.
- Managing store schedules.
- Collaborating with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.
Customer Experience
- Leading by example on how to deliver our service on the sales floor and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensuring resources for the team to have brand knowledge on all aspects of customer service, including utilizing digital services.
- Completing training.
