Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent
- Manage the recruiting process from start to finish, including screening resumes, conducting interviews and extending offers
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including hiring managers and department leaders
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall recruiting process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a high-tech or software company
- Strong understanding of the technical landscape, including the latest trends and technologies
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top technical talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
