ResponsibilitiesWITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:You are a problem solver: you design tools and processes to improve efficiency and find better solutions. You are a data wizard: you can manage and organize multiple data sets for decision making and insight generation. Controlling and Monitoring:Anaplan Evaluation:secure that contracts and promotions being input in system are compliant with guidelines. Price Tracking:strengthen RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer (external) and causes of variation in topline (internal such as Price, Volume, Mix), updating regional BI tools and bringing insights into impacts on the marketing strategy and gross margin, promoting recommendations and action plans. Process optimisation:review current ways of working to streamline process to free up time for analytics and insight generation. Support the implementation of RGM initiatives across channels, that deliver incremental EFO to Budget through analysis & tools. The focus of this role will be on the following RGM initiatives: Promotional evaluation, Trade Terms and Pack Price Architecture. Promo & Trade Terms Evaluation:Develop best in class RGM tool to generate insights on how Bacardi invests in Promotions and Trade Terms. Price to Trade Review:support On Trade Wholesaler channel Price to Trade review on key BMCs. Assess price competitiveness vs benchmark players, model scenarios, monitor execution and evaluate results. Pack Price Architecture:Evaluate Pack-Price performance and opportunity by channel. Understand competitor and consumer behavior shifts and which are the best performing pack sizes, together with recommendation. Skills and ExperienceTHE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:1-2 years of experience working in highly analytical, consultancy or business strategy roles. Experience in RGM or in analytical areas such as Customer Marketing, Commercial, Sales or Finance is desirable, but not mandatory. Experience in developing BI and/or Programming tools that gather information from multiple and complex data sources and deliver actionable insights & are easy to access, update and user friendly. Ability to present complex data in a simple and compelling way. Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or Finance - Post desirable. Proficiency in English, Spanish. PERSONAL QUALITIESAnalytical profile, with clear and action-oriented communication. Ability to deliver tangible results upon high-level goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
