The New Role:
As our agency witnesses the proliferation of digital transformation initiatives among both new and existing clients, we are actively seeking a dynamic and hands-on Salesforce Consultant to join our team at the Amsterdam headquarters (hybrid). In this role, you will assume a pivotal position within our Salesforce team. Your responsibilities will not only involve supporting the team in establishing a robust practice but also leveraging your technical consulting expertise to assist clients in overcoming their most significant challenges.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will act as the primary point of contact for (complex) projects. Your role entails being the lead liaison with our clients, where you will analyze requirements, devise solutions, and execute the most effective implementations.
What are we looking for in a Salesforce Consultant?
Key Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting clients throughout the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering customized solutions aligned with their goals.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design Salesforce applications to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
- Participate actively in project planning and management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team on pitches and pre-sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certificate is required.
- Over two years of hands-on implementation and consulting project experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce. Com integration and data management.
- Proven background in process design and implementation.
