Guardar Role: Office 365 Architect / Deployment Lead (12 months project)The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Office 365 solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and related technologies. Key Responsibilities:1. Architectural Design and Planning:- Develop and design scalable and secure Office 365 architectures, in lisaison with the intergration parter- Evaluate business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet organizational needs. - Review comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures. 2. Deployment and Implementation:- Collaborate with deployment and migration of Office 365 solutions (+6000 accounts, +35 countries). - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. - Implement best practices for Office 365 configuration, security, and governance. 3. Support and Troubleshooting:- Provide advanced support for Office 365-related issues. - Troubleshoot complex problems and implement solutions to resolve them. - Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to prevent recurrence. 4. Training and Knowledge Transfer:- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to support teams. 5. Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated with the latest Office 365 features and updates. - Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the Office 365 environment. - Continuously improve deployment processes and methodologies. Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on Office 365 solutions. - Proven experience in leading Office 365 deployment projects. - Strong understanding of Office 365 architecture and administration. Skills:- Proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and PowerShell scripting. - Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - C1 Level of EnglishPreferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certifications. - Experience with hybrid environments and migration from on-premises to cloud. - Knowledge of security and compliance features within Office 365.
