As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will also mentor the marketing team and develop marketing strategies that will use the marketing budget in the most effective way possible. You will ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company's sales objectives and that communication between the two departments is kept clear and transparent at all times. As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be speaking to customers and assessing their wants and needs in order to provide the sales and marketing teams with key insights into improving their efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Business Development & (Digital) Marketing or similar managerial positions
- Passion for hospitality and being a Hospitalian at heart
- Ability to recruit, train and inspire a team; knowing how to get the best out of every team member
- Proven Managerial and Leadership skills
- Expertise with HubSpot or any similar CRM tool is required
- Strong capacity to handle large workloads and busy seasons
- Ability to Create and Analyze Data sets and produce dashboards
- Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character
- Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided)
- Exceptional attention to detail, good multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize
- Knowledge in (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
- Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, and communication results and provides recommendations
- Analyze sales and marketing data
- Prepare accurate sales reports and marketing plans
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English; Spanish is a valuable plus
Responsibilities:
- Grow our overall sales 20% a year
- Build, hire and lead a strong sales team based in our main office in Barcelona - within the following 6 months
- Train and lead our international sales teams to an aligned, unique, corporate process - within the following 6 months
- Connect Marketing efforts with Sales efforts for our 3 different products/brands
