ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Paid Media Manager focusing on paid media advertising to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has expertly managed paid media budgets and experience is in the agency side.
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading media strategy, planning, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients in Spain and Italy. This person will also be expected to directly manage high-value client initiatives and provide strategic guidance for a team of Paid Media professionals.
Our ideal candidate has a desire to contribute to the growth of our paid media team. We are seeking candidates who are looking to join a fast-growing company that prides itself on education and thought leadership for our clients and the industry as a whole.
To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Madrid Spain, and are required to be fluent in Spanish and English.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy and planning to align with brand goals.
- Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies and optimizing performance against critical metrics.
- Coordinate Paid Media activities with Creative, analytics, SEO, social and web development teams.
- Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts.
- Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the Account Management team and other strategic partners.
- Set up, optimize, and execute paid media campaigns.
- Write and review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by SEO/SEM best practices.
- Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budgets.
- Report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build projections and forecasting calculations as it pertains to incremental client growth.
- Interface with client contacts on a regular basis independently.
- Manage the day-to-day team activities, project management and task prioritization, and campaign best practices and tools.
- Manage a team of junior specialists and effectively coach and mentor team members to improve overall team performance.
ABOUT YOU
- 6-8 Years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Paid Media campaigns.
- Extensive experience with Google Ads, Social Media Platforms, Programmatic Platforms, DOOH, Display and Video.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Extensive experience setting up Facebook include pixel tracking and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics.
- Experience managing feeds and setup Google Merchant Center for ecommerce.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills, creative, customer-focused & action-oriented.
