Responder al anuncioJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our pool of external consultants and support a global pharmaceutical client. As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve specific marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement paid social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Manage and optimize paid social media budgets to maximize ROI. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory landscape. Requirements:3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and working with large budgets across multiple countries. Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with another social platform is a bonus. Knowledge of data feed management tooling and social advertising tooling. Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation, with the ability to adapt reports to client requirements. Experience working with Adobe Analytics is a plus, as we use it to measure and analyze our digital marketing efforts. Proficiency in using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contexts. Experience with tagging and pixel implementation for conversions, including troubleshooting and optimization. Desired Skills:Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Agency experience is a plus. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Team player with excellent communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong belief in the added value of paid social media to the marketing funnel. Intrinsic curiosity to stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media developments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
