We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to establish relationships with other companies in any field in Spain and quadruple our business in the coming years. You will lead the area in charge of developing the ecosystem of strategic alliances with partners to grow the business, expand, strengthen our brand and reinforce our value proposition to our clients. Primary ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the strategy and ecosystem of strategic partners and business alliances that drive the growth of Plazo with a short, medium and long-term vision, in line with the objectives and priorities defined by the company at the national level. Identify, attract, and develop relationships with potential business partners to generate new clients for the various products of Plazo. Ensure effective mechanisms to define, monitor, and optimize the KPIs associated with the different projects and initiatives of the area, ensuring effective measurement and reporting processes. Develop commercial relationships with different partners and maintain constant communication to nurture each relationship and provide information to teams for identifying opportunities and making decisions. Participate with the various teams of Plazo in the design and development of new products for joint commercialization with partners. Knowledge and skillsExperience in the financial sector, banking, or other credit entities. Valuable experience in commercial or sales teams. Knowledge in the use of project management tools. Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and qualitative analysis. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close favourable agreements for all parties. Ability to handle conflict situations and find beneficial solutions for all parties. Creativity to design and propose innovative solutions that add value to the company and its partners. A team player and an effective communicator, with people management skills and a genuine passion for making things happen in a young and dynamic organization. Preferred QualificationsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Economics, or a related field. Fluent in English and Spanish. Postgraduate studies or certifications in relevant areas (MBA, project management, etc. ) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to partnerships, business development, alliance management, or related areas. Proven experience in creating and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with strategic partners. Previous experience in commercial departments, with knowledge also of B2C, is an asset.
