About the role:We are currently looking for highly talented and experienced HR Functional expert professionals ready for a next step to join our world-class Strategy Consulting team. This team helps Gartner clients with their applications modernization strategies and the role will focus on tools such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. The work is highly transformative, often sponsored at C-level, and very varied. We seek candidates with the ability to advise global organisations to help meet their strategic priorities and develop their HR applications strategy. At this level, we also expect candidates to be able to build compelling advisory proposals and to take a leading role in scoping and building engagement teams. What you’ll need:Management Consulting experience within a HR applications domain. Proven experience in leading and scoping engagements within Workday and SAP SuccessFactors applications. Experience in leading the delivery of complex, multifaceted studies at C-level. University Master’s degree in relevant field of study; MBA qualification desirable. A great understanding of Workday and SAP SuccessFactors applications and how they are deployed by large organisations. Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance. Who are we? At Gartner, Inc.
