Our People Operations team is essential in ensuring every employee has the support and resources they need to succeed. We are seeking a People Operations Partner based in Valencia, Spain, to join our dynamic team. As our People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for our Spanish entity and assist with other global entities, contributing significantly to our operational and administrative HR processes. Your Mission:Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employeesPrepare payroll for the Spanish entity and collaborate with external payroll providersAdminister and collaborate with our benefit providersYou will be supporting administering and managing our Employer of Record employeesAssist with operational HR processes for other commercetools entities as neededEnsure HR policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with local regulationsHandle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processesWork closely with the People Operations team to support various HR initiatives and projects across the organizationNote: This overview is subject to change as our needs evolve.
