Novel high viscosity 3D printhead technology – fully developed & realized in-house3D printing platform for our printhead60+ employees in 2 locations, Berlin and BarcelonaFunded through VC investmentInternational and growing teamRole & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and rigorous Test and Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Printhead development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our ultra high viscosity Printheads through rigorous testing and analysis. Your Responsibilities will be:Help translate marketing requirements into reliability goals for the printhead and it’s componentsDevelop and execute test plans and protocols to evaluate the reliability and performance of printheadsDesign and implement test fixtures and setups to simulate real-world operating conditionsConduct reliability tests, including (accelerated) life testing, environmental testing, and stress testingAnalyze test data to identify potential product failures and areas for improvementQuantify in statistical terms the life of the printhead and define the test plan accordinglyCollaborate with the design team to incorporate reliability requirements into product design and developmentDevelop and maintain test documentation, including test procedures, reports, and specificationsParticipate in failure analysis and root cause investigations to resolve reliability issuesEducation & ExperienceBachelor, Master or above degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fieldProven experience (3-5 years) in reliability testing and engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environmentWhat We ValueStrong knowledge of reliability principles, test methodologies, and statistical analysisProficiency in testing techniques and equipment, and data acquisition systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHands on engineer who can devise, set-up and run own work / tests, and proactively develop equipment and methodsExcellent interpersonal and cross-functional team working, ability to lead techniciansExperience with reliability software tools (e. g. , Weibull analysis, reliability prediction software) is a plusWhat We OfferA truly open-minded and supportive work environment with a high level of employee empowermentFurther training and developmentAn international team (15+ nationalities) that enthusiastically implements new ideasWorking in an inspiring environment of a think tank, workshop, production hall and office under one roof in the Innovation Park WuhlheideLaptop, free fruits, veggies, soft-drinks, coffee and tea, snacksFitness equipment to useDiversity StatementQuantica is an equal opportunity employer.
