Responder al anuncioDescription:We are looking for a Portfolio Manager for our Private Equity and M&A area. This position is to be based in our Madrid office. PRIVATE EQUITY AND M&A PORTFOLIO MANAGERIn this role you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex priority accounts, with the goal of driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Portfolio Manager acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, ensuring effective and timely communication and maintaining strong client relationships. Play a key role in new business development, expanding and diversifying the range of our products and services held by clients. We will count on you to:Develop and maintain relationships with private capital investment firms and their portfolio investee businesses, acting as the client's trusted advisor. Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, following up on correspondences and managing/maintaining communications. Develop and communicate a deep understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, industry research, benchmarking studies, and creating risk maps for internal and external use. Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts, including transactional work, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising between internal senior professionals and business accounts, and representing the business to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and allow senior colleagues to focus on growth efforts. Manage account concerns or issues encountered and successfully address small and complex problems in a timely manner, applying judgment as to when and what to escalate to senior colleagues. Collect insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues, offering context and suggestions to ensure account satisfaction and retention. Build relationships with professional counterparts internally and at client organizations. Maintain fluency in the company's various service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
