Product Content Manager
We are looking for a Product Content Manager to join our Content department, focused on the management and evolution of our proprietary Branded Content technology solution. This role requires effective team leadership and a cross-functional, organized mindset.
The ideal candidate should be deeply interested in the world of Branded Content and Advertising, with a strong orientation towards technology, management, process improvement, and internal communication. A combination of creative mindset and a technological approach is essential, with the ability to identify and develop solutions in a constantly changing digital environment. In short, we are looking for a highly organized, curious, motivated professional with outstanding communication and leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TEAM:
- Content Team Coordination: Lead and manage the in-house Content Managers team.
- Freelance Profiles Coordination: Manage freelance profiles in design, writing, video, layout, and other creative solutions internationally, ensuring their proper adaptation to our technology and internal teams.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
- Develop creative and strategic proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with department goals.
- Maintain efficient organization and excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty of major accounts.
RELATIONSHIPS:
- With the commercial team to ensure proper strategy execution and achievement of expected results.
- With creative team to generate innovative formats and ideas that can be presented to clients.
- With the product and development team to ensure that brand needs are understood and met through our technology.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:
- Implement technological tools that optimize and automate team processes, improving efficiency and work quality.
Objective and Deadline Management: Identify and prioritize objectives, manage tasks, and ensure deadlines are met, working effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Innovation and Trends: Act as a trend hunter and opportunity seeker for brands, applying creativity and proactivity in creating solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, with responsibilities in strategic management and team leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of the Adobe suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Zapier, Monday, or similar.
- Knowledge and use of CMS (Content Management Systems). Knowledge of HTML and advertising DSP platforms is a plus.
- Native Spanish and Advanced English is required.
