remote-friendly company founded by an enthusiastic team of industry professionals. **About the Role**TyrAds is looking for a Head Of Gaming Partnerships for the European market, As Head of Games, you will cultivate and grow partnerships with developers in the region with a focus on helping them build successful businesses using the Android platform and Google Play. The position will be responsible for selling our traffic solutions like OEM’s(Samsung, Oppo, Vivo and Transsion), Direct developers. All of our solutions are aimed towards providing direct MMP links allowing us to easily connect and activate premium traffic sources. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. Come build the TyrAds with us. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**- You'll think strategically about emerging opportunities, challenges, and complexities in the mobile games ecosystem, and develop thoughtful insights, recommendations, and action plans. - You will need to follow the best development practices to deliver your job beyond the expectation. You will be responsible for selling the TyrAds services focused on Mobile performance marketing- Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions,
to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value- Create proposals together with the team tailored towards the clients’ needs. - Negotiate with clients during the sales process for key aspects like Premium CPI rates, Contracts terms and conditions and Payment terms. - Develop long term relationships together with the customer success team- Continue upselling clients after the first campaign to maintain the relationship with them. - Onboard clients together with the team to ensure successful integration of the client. - Keep Track of your sales within the CRM system and update it regularly. - Work together with the Marketing and Revenue operations team to develop personalized marketing campaigns to key customer personas. - Manage, lead, and grow a team of Partnership Managers to accelerate mobile gaming businesses by helping developers build and grow their business. - Think strategically about emerging opportunities, challenges, and complexities in the mobile games and content ecosystem,
and develop thoughtful insights, recommendations, and action plans. - Create and drive regional/local market strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams, and regularly communicate updates to global and regional cross-functional leadership. - Develop and execute plans to boost the local games ecosystem, focusing on international growth and product/platform innovation. - Lead and mentor a team, and play an active role in the Israel leadership group**Skills & Experience Required**To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience- Experience sourcing and managing to build relationships, and creating and executing on pipelines- Experience in mobile games, digital content,
