The mission of the role consists in proposing, leading and effectively deploying the HR initiatives, on a company-wide scope, aiming to create and promote an agile, effective and inclusive culture that boosts company results. On a strategical scale, it means participating in the inception, implementation and adoption of people management processes that serve to develop and retain talent across all functions in the organization. Therefore, the responsibilities for this job include advising, delivering and supporting managers on leadership development actions, to lead employee engagement initiatives and to provide guidance to employees at all levels to successfully navigate during times of hyper growth of the company.
On a more operational scale, it consists in managing company-wide projects to elevate the Employee Experience to achieve a hyper-effective talent community: building and nurturing the Talent Development Strategy, creating the Career Path Plan, proposing the suitable engagement actions, ensuring equal opportunities for career growth and remuneration, plus any other talent initiative aiming to engage our community of professionals and foster a great culture of work. Manage the HR programs and social initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement according to the approved agenda. Collaborate with the Chief People Officer in creating the policies and processes that ensure talent progression, such as Career Paths and Annual Training Plan, delivering the development actions that ensure professional growth. Provide Business Partnering support, addressing people managers and individual contributors on their concerns to provide solutions that elevate the employee experience at Exoticca.
Analyze trends such as key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates, and monitor metrics that support project management and its advancement. Collaborate with the Chief People Officer in enhancing a competitive, contemporary compensation and benefits program by completing a regular benchmark analysis, and effectively implementing improvements. Collaborate in internal communications and employee branding initiatives. Propose, implement and manage the HR projects that elevate the People roadmap to make Exoticca the best startup where to work!
Requirements:
Ability to deal diplomatically and maintain confidentiality with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively design and manage projects, tracking their progression and ensuring completion in demanding environments. Ability to prioritize and manage coexisting projects, adapting milestones and involving the stakeholders. Eager to learn, try new things, propose solutions out of the box, and a desire to transform for the better the culture. Strong HR technology system and numeracy skills, with experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as a very advanced user.
