Responder al anuncioThe role will be responsible for maintaining, building, and evolving global Data solutions and delivering reports and customer insights to Customer Engagement, Commercial team, and Markets. The role holder is expected to own and deploy a customer-centric, data-driven approach focusing on a 360 view of the customer. The Global Lead of Customer Data and Insight will play a pivotal role in the Omnichannel transformation through the digital & data transformation journey of 60+ countries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of Customer Engagement data.
- Define standards around Data, KPIs, and taxonomy for their initiatives.
- Use and evolve the new KPI and reporting frameworks for CE.
- Drive the generation of customer insights and reports for key activities & Omnichannel campaigns for CE, regions, and brands.
- Support the Customer 360 approach & reporting and develop related services.
- Develop analytics and data science capability for insights generation and personalization.
- Collaborate closely with Data teams across technology and lines of business.
- Be responsible for the Omnichannel dashboard implementation and self-service approach for markets.
- Design and implement CPD and all the related technology for Sandoz.
- Collaborate across HQ, regional, and market teams to ensure BI & analytics business requirements are understood and implemented across the Omnichannel technology stack.
- Advocate the importance of data (availability, quality, and compliance) in your daily work.
- Define AI and predictive features roadmap for Sandoz.

Minimum Requirements
- Tertiary degree in IT, marketing, engineering, or equivalent.
- Fluent English (oral and written) is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Shown experience of using a wide range of insights and analytics to improve the performance of marketing campaigns.
- A great knowledge of BI, digital marketing analytics.
- Experience with Qlik, Snowflake, AWS, and Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Social Media Business Managers).
- Experience with SF technology stack & integrations (CDP, SFMC) and CMS (Drupal).
- Strong leadership experience including leading a team, timelines, budgets, and quality program delivery.
- Strong negotiation skills with new vendors & active vendors to ensure effective business models and costs for Sandoz.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Capable of prioritizing effectively and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven business expertise and knowledge (business insight) and able to consult internally and/or externally.
