About the Role
The UroPH EMEA Commercial Excellence Specialist role should be covered by a person with high skills in change management.
The challenge is to ensure that an organization with approximately 200 members uses the business intelligence platform and its business reports properly and with the expected frequency. Today, at BSC, we have a good number of valuable business intelligence (BI) reports covering various areas of our business responsibilities (pricing, stock optimization, Loaner kits usage, sales productivity, sales coverage, account segmentation, account/franchise potentials, customer survey feedbacks).
In the first round, we identified no less than 20 Tableau/SalesCloud reports that our Sales/Marketing middle management should be regularly using to make decisions/actions and to be knowledgeable with objective data on potential areas for improvement.
This position will cover the gap in the creation of these reports and their implementation and adoption by:
- Promoting the existing reports
- Providing coaching/training
- Being the first support when something is not working
- Capturing the needs of our Sales/Marketing organization for new reports
This role is strategic and focuses on the medium/long term, helping to elevate our organization in terms of Data-to-Action. The role complements the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst position, which is more operational and based on current business opportunities, and the Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst position, which supports the division with the design, development, and maintenance of reports aligned with business strategies and objectives.
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Identify the most important existing Business Intelligence reports per role (FIRA, Sales Performance, Customer Interaction Report, Asset Usage, Opportunity Pipeline).
- Ensure that all Sales/Marketing organization members adopt and make good regular use of the reports they are supposed to use.
- Define and create clear/intuitive content guidelines for Sales/Marketing stakeholders on 'How to properly use Business reports in Tableau' (FAQs website / Small Videos / PDFs / Playbooks).
- Define how/when each Tableau report is meant to be used (QBRs, PDCs, 1-to-1 Meetings).
- Coaching/training/Troubleshooting for all types of Business Analytics Reports.
