[QIM914] - Enterprise Architect (Presales) Enablement Lead

You will be charged with:
- Analyzing onboarding progress and identifying the biggest enablement gaps for new hires.
- Identifying skills/enablement gaps for all Workmates.
- Assessing program gaps to support your key persona.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc.
- Developing courses and enablement to support role ramp up as well as tenured solution consulting development and new products/offerings.
- Updating existing courses/enablement programs for new and existing products/offerings and other identified gaps or new opportunities.
- Developing, leading, and supporting the delivery of content tracks for Solution Consulting Events.
- Teaching demonstration and sales skills by developing scalable training that can be delivered/tailored to your specific persona.
- Mentoring and instructing new solution consulting workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo success.
- Delivering and facilitating enablement programs focused on product as well as skills, virtually as well as in person.
- Mentoring and coaching solution consulting workmates through their certification process.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years in software solution consulting.
3+ years in Workday solution consulting with a focus on oCIO.
Other Qualifications
Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers.
Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
