Responder al anuncioWe are helping our client, a multinational retail company located in Madrid, to search for an athlete to join the Human Resources team as an E-LEARNING SPECIALIST/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER. You will lead an international e-learning project for digital skills.

What will be your mission?
To develop the strategic planning, projection, and animation (training, communication, and follow-up) of the different training projects to be created, implemented, or already implemented, designing strategic objectives to be fulfilled according to the mission and vision of People International, evaluating and following up on them to help in future decision making. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and high-quality educational content that engages and excites our audience.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Propose or develop new projects ensuring consistency with the People International project.
- Look for opportunities that allow the development of projects in coherence with the project.
- Coordinate the step-by-step implementation of internal projects, making the necessary consultations and analysis.
- Document project progress, making corrective decisions or proposing solutions.
- Plan interim deliveries or progress information, in order to receive continuous feedback from the Team Leader and minimize errors.
- Coordinate with different teams, if necessary, the training process so that the project implementation goes smoothly.
- Ensure that projects are properly and formally closed.
- Lead, manage, and follow up the different projects in charge.
- Accompany and guide the people in charge of carrying out the new validated projects, if necessary.
- Continuously encourage the different consolidated projects, motivating its members, taking care of their adequate training or coaching and solving eventual problems.
