We build scalable, secure blockchain enabled solutions that supercharge fan experiences using digital assets. THE ROLEYou will have a deep understanding of each platform's content formats and culture, and know exactly how to brief internal and external content creators to deliver against your strategy. You will have experience using social media analytics and listening tools and feel comfortable generating & presenting reports to marketing and business leads. You will have experience of developing content strategies for longform on YouTube, and work with the video department to deliver best-in-class content for this and other platforms. You will have a holistic approach to community management, understanding that the strongest connections can also exist offline. You will work with the Chiliz social & community team as well as your own social media team to develop and execute authentic relationships with sports fans, crypto enthusiasts, and interested 'civilians' on platforms from Telegram to Reddit and everything in between. Responsibilities & DutiesManage our specialised social media team across the sports and crypto space, several markets and languages, including ownership of staffing rota, content calendar and performance reviews. Set goals and objectives, and manage the professional development of your reports. Brief and assign workflows and content development to reports & partners. Work with market social media leads and creative studios to optimise ideation and execution. Plan, research and resource, to brainstorm creative ways of engaging fans. Align with content governance & legal guidelines for tone, style, and personality of all content, ensuring they are followed across the campaign life-cycle. Adapt approach based on audience trends and success metrics by channel. Collaborate with Marketing Strategists to assess campaign progress and document learnings and measure against KPIs, using specialist tools. RequirementsAt least 6 years of relevant experience in social media operations and management. Experience in creating & developing multi-platform concepts targeting consumers. Deep knowledge of sports culture and the media landscape, particularly in football. #J-18808-Ljbffr
