Location Madrid (hybrid: in the office two days per week) Type of employment Full-time Seniority Mid (2-4 years) Responsibilities As a Recruiter and People Ops Generalist, your primary focus will be identifying and bringing talented team members onboard. You will also execute People Ops related processes to help everyone have a positive team member experience. Your responsibilities will include: Source and recruit top talent around the world, especially in the United States, Argentina, and Spain Be a culture champion influencing and motivating others across distributed locations Lead office management related activities for the Madrid office Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and Crossmint team members Maintain precise, accurate candidate tracking with metrics while keeping stakeholders informed by providing regular updates Move fast and work together across the organization to drive initiatives forward (“can do”, “will do” attitude) Partner and collaborate with hiring managers, legal, and finance to execute internal process requirements with a high of accuracy and urgency Contribute to and maintain People Ops programs, playbooks, policies, and processes Provide support to team members related to internal policies and procedures About You To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a recruiter focused on both technical and business operations related positions Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Flexible and adaptable as the business moves forward and priorities change is important Passion for early stage companies with loose definitions and rapid change People oriented, strong intuition for connecting with others and building relationships Detail oriented Ability to think critically and proactively using strong judgment Able to support United States based roles by working Eastern Time Zone (ET) hours periodically from approximately 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Preferred Experience We highly value candidates with the following experiences: Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and NFTs Understanding of Spanish employment and labor laws Experience recruiting for United States based roles Experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Teamtailor Data driven and analytical Automation and scaling via tools like zapier, GPTs, etc. If you are passionate about our mission and possess the skills and experience outlined above, we invite you to join us in our mission at Crossmint.
