Working closely with the relevant HR teams and recruitment business partners ensuring everyone works collaboratively. Designing training plans with the hiring managers and rolling out training sessions. Relevant recruitment and training administration and reporting. As Recruitment and Training Advisor your duties will beManage the recruitment, selection and interview process using latest technology approaches. Design and deliver Induction training to all new employees, team supervisors and team leaders.
