We are looking for a Regional Market Practice Lead for our Multinational business, to be based in Madrid. Your TeamOur established Multinational team has gone through a period of exciting and intense growth, boosting our international insurance programme offering. As a result, we are recognized as a market leader in the provision of international insurance solutions, both in terms of our product range and service competence. The Impact You Will HaveYou will drive the continuance of the growth of our Multinational portfolio in the Iberia region, aligning Underwriting and Distribution to deliver new business and communicating the Multinational value proposition externally to clients and brokers. You will be the main contact in the region on Multinational product knowledge, insights, and market positioning. Some of your specific responsibilities could include:Providing regional business and client feedback and input into the global multinational value proposition and product and its positioning as part of overall Allianz Commercial Value Proposition in all key channels. Overseeing the regional pipeline for Multinational and steering business enquiry approach and positioning, and supporting future product development based on client and broker feedback. Generating data and opinions on ability to renew or exit existing business with limited review of profitability and cost to serve. Supporting regional Multinational Business Development working with Distribution. Developing regionally focused pitch presentations/marketing material. Ensuring regional adoption of multinational service segmentation strategy and service model. Marketing and promotion campaigns (external and internal), event planning, and involvement in multinational conferences. What You'll Bring to the RoleYou'll have a strong understanding and experience of insurance products, sales, and channel management, specifically in the Multinational segment. Experience in Underwriting would be desirable. You'll love using your highly developed relationship building skills to develop cross-functional relationships internally and to deliver phenomenal client value. You'll always be on the lookout for actionable opportunities for improvement and you will enjoy the synthesis of information to formulate commercial and strategic solutions.
